awww shit, I haven't been here in a while. sorry to keep everyone hanging on my oh-so-eventful life. I'm home and bored out of my mind, one reason why I am never home. so here is what has been happening since well....august.
Things with Sean and I didn't work out. I'll leave it at that. Ask me if you really want to know, I don't mind talking about it, but I'd rather not sound like a bitch on livejournal.
Shaun is doing better, things went a little hay-wire in September, but he is doing good. The two of us finally rocked out Nashua again this week. Its been like a year since we have done that, and although it wasn't exactly like old times, it was close enough and it felt good. I just wish things could have been better so he could have stayed in Providence. I miss him so much.
Life in general has been a little hecktick for me since September. Everything with both Sean and Shaun happened in that month, and life never really slowed down since then:
*U2 Concert completely and utterly rocked my socks off.
*I was sick for a little over 2 weeks. I don't know what I had, but I should have gone to the doctors, and I didn't. I was sick for Homecoming/Family weekend. Being out in the cold ass rain all weekend didn't help either (oops!)
*BUT we did win 2nd place in the Performance Category (whoo hoo for $500 for the hall!)
*um....then there was just alot of little things to do, like showpieces for class, and residents being dumb. but some of them do rock.
*Taj had free passes to go see a sneak screening of RENT, about 4 days before it came out. Me, him, and Jason went and I LOVED IT. I sang to the whole thing, they looked at me like I had 3 heads. it was great. (MOO WITH ME!) I then fell in love with Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp AGAIN. thank god they were in the movie or JD was going to have to choke a bitch.
*I stayed in Prov. and worked in the hall for Thanksgiving break, taking 2 days to come home and eat and decorate. Thats when I found out that nana was in a nursing home and a close family friend has cancer. I loathe how my parents don't tell me things. yet another reason I'm never home.
* Residents were dumb, as always, oops, already said that.
*The SRAs planned this years Res Life holiday party. It got cancelled because of snow. damn winters. We had a staff party in Jason's apartment and had some good fun.
*Greg, the ARD of my building got premoted last week, so he is at a different hall now, *tear*, but i'm happy for him, go team.
and there is lots more, but way too much to talk about tonight.
i'm home until the 1st. 11 MORE DAYS!!!!! call if you are in the area!
last thing I would like to say, for those who are actually still reading this: hello to all and hope all are doing decent duing this holiday season.

5 more days until SRA training begins, which means 6 days until new hire RA training begins, which means i get to see my dave st. hilaire (aka my gay boyfriend)
1 month 2 days until I get to see U2 in Boston.
i miss sean.
its time for my bi-monthly update....
CX is over, and it was fun while it lasted. But the good news is that I'm going to do it again next year. It was a great experience, and while it was a little over dramatic at times (including myself) it was a blast, and was the biggest factors in the best summer ever.
Shaun is still in the hospital, things aren't going too well. I really wouldnt know though because I have now way of contacting anyone who really knows anything. But I continue praying for him and hopefully everything turns out for the best.
I'm back home now until the 21st. 9 MORE DAYS UNTIL TRAINING BEGINS! Jason and Greg are officially my RDs, and I havent had any news on the rest of the staff, other than Steve Dean. Thus begins another interesting school year...
Other than that there is nothing more to say. have a good night all...
peace and love always
and sean, if you are reading this i love you more than anything in the world...I miss you so much.

i figured it was time for a real update.
things out here have been going well, alittle boring at times, but well. the drama never ceases in my work life, and well, right now it is just stupid crap, so i am avoiding it at all costs. this weekend is our first CX weekend. i'm so excited! cant wait to show all the little high school kids how wierd and dorky i am. i just do it so well :) but office hours do have they're occasional fun time. and boring times.
class is going decent, no grades below an 83 yet, and we've watched 2 movies-a clockwork orange, and one flew over the cuckoo's nest, and tomorrow we are watching a beautiful mind. and by now you are asking, what class is she taking? general phsyc kids, and its very interesting. and why during the summer? cause the school is paying for it cause i am working for them. go team go.
on to other events. birthday was nice and relaxed. i had to do tours over on harborside in the morning, and then i went to the beach with sean and his parents. we were there for only 3 hours, and it was cloudy and cold. and sean still managed to get a sun burned, and i got no color what-so-ever. then we went to dinner at smokey bones and went to the mall for a bit. sean's dad bought the new coldplay cd and sean burned it onto his computer, and i put it on my computer. AND IT ROCKS MY SOCKS OFF. you know what else rocks my socks off? the fact that jason mraz has a new album coming out on july 26th :) i love his new song 'wordplay'. eeeeeeeeeeee. i cant wait.
ok, so back to my birthday. sean got me the 3rd season of ER on dvd. i just successfully completed watching the entire thing last night. go team. i kinda was nervous that my parents got it for me. then we went over to nicholas' apartment, had a little campfire, roasted some hot dogs and made smores and stayed the night there. came back in the morning and my dad came to visit. but he forgot to get the ER dvd, so all was good. they did get me the 8th season of M*A*S*H, which i have also completed. yes, i have been very bored lately. so the birthday was good.
mom went in for surgery a couple days before my birthday, she ended up missing graduation at moppet school...hopefully everything went well, cause neither of us were there. oops. first year i havent been there since my mom started working there. but we all have to move on sometime, right? and mom's doing well, she even has her own cell phone now...if she could only learn how use it.
friday i went to six flags, the hall did it as a program, and it was freeeeeeeeeeeeee! well, for us at least. are you still reading this? i should probably stop writing now...i know you aren't. but i'm gonna keep going. so i went and hung out with sean, becky, monica, dave ("guzik"), abby, jason ("lifer"), and steve ("smazz" or "smalls"~yes, nicknamed after smalls from the sandlot). We had a WICKED lotta fun. i went on all the good roller coasters including superman, and batman rides.
dave and i spent too much money on games.
smazz was like a little kid.
sean got sunburned again.
we all wondered about smazz and abby.
life was grand.
i wish we could all do it again, and that some more people from the school year were here.
well, off to lindsay's apartment for a while
peace and love
knowing that steve dean is SRA with me at south next year makes me ready to for anything already. yes, you read right, STEVE DEAN, SRA, SOUTH HALL WITH ME, NEXT YEAR. go team go.
alright, i'll update later...
off to 6 flags for the day.
i found this today, and thought i would do it, just for cesar and the east hallers....even though probably none of you read it:
Your Mexican Name Is...
You Are 24 Years Old
Under 12: You are a kid at heart. You still have an optimistic life view - and you look at the world with awe.
13-19: You are a teenager at heart. You question authority and are still trying to find your place in this world.
20-29: You are a twentysomething at heart. You feel excited about what's to come... love, work, and new experiences.
30-39: You are a thirtysomething at heart. You've had a taste of success and true love, but you want more!
40+: You are a mature adult. You've been through most of the ups and downs of life already. Now you get to sit back and relax.

well, today was an interesting one. woke up early, which considering my schedual for the past 3 months, was actually sleeping in, to do yard work. And because it was such a B-E-A-UTIFUL day out, i attempted to get a tan, but that didnt work. i still think i'm the most white italian person ever right now. not cool. Got the pool set up, helped my mom in the garden and then realized it was 12:30. Then i showered and went to see Shaun for a bit. Then i came back home for about an hour, and went to the High school play. It was cute, but i definately saw the one person that i didnt want to see, mrs. freakin yalden. oy. but i did get to see the last of the drama club people i once knew and loved.
me: not to sound like a petifile or anything, but 3 of the guys who played "the beatles" were really cute
joella: yeah, they are all freshman
me: well, i'm definately feeling alittle old right now
so then i came home and the desmonds and mrs caldwell came over for dinner. and they left at about 9:45. and about 10 minutes ago sean called me to tell me that he was on his way to the hospital because he fell off his bike at home and hurt his back. I know he'll be alright, but i started to cry on the phone, probably because i couldnt be there with him. i definately just realized how much i love him. its so wierd how that happens, it was like a big smack in the face. i know he'll be fine, he's with his family, and i'm sure he'll be alright, he has to be, but the fact that i cant be there right next to him right now is just killing me so much that i'm giving myself a headache from crying. so i should probably go to bed.
that was my interesting day.
